Service and fees
The platform coordinates requests and opportunities; it is not the developer or a party to the original sale contract. The buyer success fee is 1.75% of the original contract value under a written agreement. No platform commission is charged to the seller. VAT, developer, authority, registration, financing and agreed settlement costs are separate.
No guarantees or automatic bookings
No-OVER means no seller markup above documented eligible payments. It does not guarantee a sale, refund, timing, below-market value or investment return. Submitting a form creates no reservation, account, contract or payment obligation. Email account registration is currently unavailable.
Eligibility and publication
Document review, developer approvals, relevant licenses and advertisement permits are required for actual publication and transfer. A private request is not automatically public. Users must have the right to submit the information. Misleading or markup-seeking intermediary requests may be declined. Commercial operator identity and policies require approval before public launch.
