Property payment-plan transfers across all seven emirates
Sell without OVER. Buy with a clear existing payment plan.
We connect owners seeking to exit a property contract with buyers who can take over. The seller asks for documented eligible payments without OVER (a seller markup). The buyer sees the cash, remaining instalments and fees upfront.

THE IDEA, SIMPLY
The owner recovers paid amounts. The buyer takes over the contract.
An owner’s circumstances may change before their instalments end, while another buyer is looking for an existing contract price. We connect both parties and review payments and transfer conditions before agreement.
FOR THE SELLER
Looking to exit your property contract?
Request a transfer for your documented eligible payments, without OVER. On completion, the buyer pays that amount to you and continues the developer obligations.
Compare the contract value with the current price of a comparable unit. See the cash required by the seller and the remaining instalments, then choose what fits your budget and payment plan.
The price difference appears on each property card
The seller asks for documented eligible payments without an added markup. Documents and amounts are reviewed before agreement.
Why might an owner transfer their property?
Priorities or financial needs may change, or remaining instalments may no longer fit. Transfer is an option to review alongside continuing or cancelling.
How is the displayed price difference calculated?
By comparing a similar unit’s reference price with the contract value and platform fee. The source and date matter. The difference is indicative, not a guaranteed return; VAT and other charges are separate.
Who pays the UnitSwitch fee?
The buyer fee is 1.75% of the contract value on successful transfer under the written agreement. There is no seller platform commission.
Does submitting a request reserve a unit or complete the transfer?
No. A request starts the review. Completion requires developer conditions, approvals, signing and registration with the relevant authority.
