Information and purpose
We store request contact details, property and investment information you submit, status history, and private documents you choose to upload. A hashed browser token restricts request tracking. Draft details and favorites can be saved on your device; contact details and files are excluded from draft autosave.
Access and storage
Public listings exclude personal contacts. Request owners and authorized administrators may access the relevant private files. Internal administrative notes are not public. Browser ownership expires after up to 30 days; keep your request ID. Do not submit sensitive identity or banking data without a specific approved need.
External resources and metrics
Images and fonts may load from Unsplash and Google Fonts. Platform metrics count published inventory and aggregate recorded first-party interactions. They are not advertising profiles or UAE market statistics. Private API responses and documents are not stored in the offline cache.
Your choices
Remove local favorites and draft data yourself. Request correction, deletion or withdrawal through the contact form, identifying the request. The operator's legal entity, retention schedule and official contact details still require approval before commercial public launch.
