Questions, answered.
Designed for all seven emirates, with clear costs and realistic expectations.
What is a no-OVER transfer?
The seller asks for documented payments without an added price markup. The buyer takes over the agreed remaining obligations, subject to developer and authority approval.
When is the fee due?
The buyer fee is 1.75% of the original contract value, due on successful completion under the written agreement. The seller has no platform commission. VAT and other charges are separate.
Is the refund or transfer guaranteed?
No. The amount, timing and eligibility depend on the contract, documents, buyer, developer and authority requirements.
Can I request a private exit?
Yes. Select the private option in the seller request. A private listing is not published to the public list or direct public detail page.
What about arrears?
Disclose them from the developer statement and agree who pays them in writing. They must not become hidden buyer obligations.
Can I create an email account now?
Account registration and email services are currently unavailable. You can submit and track requests without an account.
How are documents handled?
Uploads are private and limited to your browser request owner and authorized administrators. Uploading does not mean that a document has been verified.
Are intermediaries accepted?
The model serves owners or authorized legal representatives and end buyers. It does not accept markup-seeking intermediaries; licensed participants may still be required by local rules.
